water leakage...
Saw this water leakage in one area by chance . I looked around to see if the nearby villagers care to notice but sadly, they were busy chit-chatting. tsk..tsk!

Isn't it quite ironic and sad that for a country like ours with limited resources, we waste a lot?

well i guess, people will just start to care when they feel that dire need..but i just hope that not when its too late.
